Only PDF files are accepted for documents, and PDF, PNG, or JPG files are accepted for electrical plans. If you’re taking a photo of a printed electrical plan using a mobile device (iPhone, iPad, or Android), make sure the images are saved as JPEG. Check your camera settings for file format options and select the JPEG file type.
This issue can occur when the app is updated and your documents remain linked to the previous version. If you’re unable to delete your documents, uninstall the old version of the app from your device, then download and install the latest version.
Open the Tools tab and tap Pro Calculator Suite. Choose a category (Core Electrical, Solar, Motor, Power Quality, Power Systems, Protection, Install), pick a calculator, enter your values, and view the result. Calculations use units from your Profile region. Pro users can save results to Calculation History and open them from Profile.
All users receive a 14-day free trial with full Pro features. After the trial ends, you’ll be automatically charged for the Pro Monthly or Pro Yearly plan you selected. You can cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid charges.

The app automatically detects your location to reference relevant standards. Always verify compliance with applicable standards and have a licensed electrician perform electrical work.

You can permanently delete your account by going to Profile > Account Management > Delete Account. This action is irreversible and will delete all your data, including chat history, uploaded documents, and cancel your subscription.
