SparkyPal Terms of Service

By using SparkyPal (“App”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Service
SparkyPal is an AI electrician app providing chat, calculators, and document/plan analysis.
All outputs are automated and for informational purposes only. The App does not provide licensed engineering, certification, inspection, or professional advice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter agreements. If using the App for a company, you confirm authority to bind that entity.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for your account, credentials, and activity. We are not liable for unauthorized access.
4. Subscriptions
Free trials may be offered. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Billing is handled by the app store provider. Non-payment may result in suspension.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: • Use the App unlawfully • Treat outputs as professional advice • Interfere with or misuse the App • Upload unlawful or sensitive content without rights
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
6. AI Outputs & Verification
All outputs: • May be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated • May not reflect local laws or standards
You are solely responsible for: • Verifying all outputs • Ensuring compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and site conditions
Electrical standards vary by region. If you override settings, you are responsible for correctness. Do not rely on the App without independent verification.
7. Calculators
Results depend on user input and assumptions and are not certified or compliant. You must verify all calculations before use.
8. Document & Image Tools
Results may be affected by image quality, OCR limits, or drawing accuracy. You must verify all outputs.
9. No Warranties
The App is provided “as is” without warranties, including accuracy, reliability, or fitness for purpose, except where required by law.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SparkyPal is not liable for any losses, damages, compliance failures, or work performed using the App.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to fees paid in the previous 12 months.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify SparkyPal against claims arising from your use of the App or reliance on outputs.
12. Intellectual Property
All rights remain with SparkyPal. You receive a limited, revocable license to use the App.
13. Data
You retain ownership of your content but grant us rights to process it. Data is stored until deleted or account termination. Deletion is permanent. No system is fully secure.
14. Changes & Termination
We may modify or discontinue the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breaches or legal reasons. You may delete your account anytime.
15. Governing Law
These Terms follow the laws of your jurisdiction, subject to consumer protection laws.
